Dear Friends, 

     On behalf of our Sisters, I invite you to consider a new initiative of our Province -- the Legacy Society of the Sister Servants of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus.

     The Legacy Society is one means by which our friends and benefactors may wish to continue to support and sustain our Sisters’ life and apostolates through planned giving. Some might choose to designate our Sisters as recipients of a bequest in their will or revocable trust. Others may want to consider naming us as the beneficiary of a retirement plan or life insurance policy. We are grateful for your kind consideration of this initiative and, for your convenience, we are enclosing for you a confidential Enrollment Form and materials that list a variety of ways that are convenient and without legal cost through which you can help our Sisters’ mission. If you would like further information from one of our development staff, please give us a call. 

    Perhaps you have already made arrangements to remember our Sisters through a planned gift. We are truly grateful and would like to include you as a Charter Member of this Legacy Society of the Sister Servants of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus that will be inaugurated in a special way with a Holy Mass and luncheon gathering at a time to be announced.

     If you have not yet included the Sister Servants of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus in your plans, I invite you to consider doing so through this new initiative. All who will enroll this year will form the Charter Members of the Legacy Society and will participate with new members each year in its annual gathering.

     This is also a very special year for our Province of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus as we celebrate the 50th anniversary of our founding Sisters’ arrival in America and the 25th silver jubilee of the establishment of our Province in the United States. As our personal legacy, we hope to continue our joint efforts to extend the Kingdom of the Sacred Heart as well as to sustain and support the present and future life and ministries of the Sisters.
