Merciful God, you led St. Clare to the love of poverty; grant that through her intercession, we may live in poverty of spirit according to the teaching of Christ, and come to see You in the Kingdom of heaven.  Through Christ, our Lord. Amen.
 
Hail Mary, full of grace,
the Lord is with thee. 
Blessed art thou among women
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
            Holy Mary, Mother of God,
pray for us sinners,
now and at the hour of death. Amen.
